Affordable Moving & Storage

When I tried to make the reservation online, a message came up that said they couldn't do the move. After calling and talking to the Affordable Moving & Storage in LA, our move was reserved and our plan set. The confirmation was sent on email and very easy to decipher, nothing weird or unusual. They estimated the need for 16 feet Truck, but were allowed to pack less, but we would be required to pay for at least seven feet. Two days before the move, I called to confirm. The Affordable Moving & Storage said they would come anytime after 8 am to pick up our belongings. They arrived at 8:45 on our moving day with a bigger truck and it couldn't have been easier. Everything was simple and smooth.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I worked with Matt Ockers who was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and did everything he could to ensure the price stayed within my budget. The moving crew was professional, skilled and quick. A+ service all in all! Will definitely use them again for my next move!
