I used Conejo Valley Storage to pack and store my entire home for 3 years...they never sent me statements, they never returned my phone calls, they LOST half of my belongings, after assuring me that their "vault" type storage completely made my belongings safe. Ironically it was the most valuable items that were missing, and I have yet to hear back from them about my claim, they refused to give me their insurance companies information, and typed up a claim form, and have yet to respond. I do not know what to do besides retain a lawyer. My mothers ashes were in there. GONE..i would say to use anything BUT conejo valley storage...i spent over 6,000 dollars to keep my property safe, and they literally have done NOTHING to try and make it right
