My experiences with Robert Williams Moving & Storage have always been pleasant. It was ten years ago today when they first moved my concert grand piano and ever since then I have been sold by the efficient moving services, professional experience and overall reliability this company has continuously delivered to me and my colleagues. I highly recommend Robert Williams Moving and Storage to anyone who is planning on moving a piano or anything within a home because the employees are expert movers who carry years of experience ranging from antiques to pianos. In fact, I still use them today whenever I need anything moved!
I was referred to Robert Williams Moving by a colleague of mine who has a Steinway piano that has been in his family for over eight decades. At first, I was concerned for the care and safety precautions taken during his move. When I asked him how he felt prior to the move he said he was concerned whether the delivery process could cause any damage to the piano itself. I was instantly calmed by the assurance Robert Williams Moving & Storage gave my friend by his trust in this company with his invaluable piano. I decided to employ the acclaimed services my colleague received from Robert Williams Moving & Storage and, to say the least, I was very happy with the safety measures taken by the owner of the company. He assured me that my piano would be well protected, carefully taken care of and properly moved and he was right. The experiences I have had with this company leave no question in my mind as to how Robert Williams Moving & Storage has stayed in business for over 50 years. Moving is a stressful time. I made a lot of phone call to a variety of companies. Robert Williams Moving was the most honest and clear about their quotes. It was explained to me clearly so that there were no surprises (like many other of these companies try to pull on you at the last minute). I felt secure using this company and was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the move. I definitely plan to use this company again in the future.

The day of the move, I was a nervous wreck, but the movers made me feel at ease that my things would be well taken care of. My daughter recently used their company as well. She raved about the honestly and integrity of the owner who personally came out to give her a free estimate of the move. It's a wonderful thing to see this family business treat you like a part of their own family. I would absolutely recommend this company and refer them to any member of my own family.

My wife and I have used Robert Williams Moving & Storage, Inc. for over 32 years. We own a 56 Condominium Unit and recommended numerous tenants over the years and have used this company many, many, times. We have also recommended them to many of our family and friends. We have had only great experiences as well as all our other recommendations. We find them very honest, there is no bait and switch, with is unusual today and their employees are very experienced men. We have even had the same crew a few times because the employees stay with the company for many years. They are the best in my book.

I hired this company to move my piano and they ruined the piano in less than 45 minutes. They are not professionals. You should have seen them struggle to move my upright piano over a short distance. Later they refused to fix the piano so I was left with damaged goods. Please stay away from these people.
