Can not say enough good things about this company. They were professional and courtious. They showed up on time and were very prepaired. The bill actually came to less than the estimated amount. Very good job and will gladly use again.

The movers were over 2.5 hours late. The workers had very poor attitudes and could not follow instructions. I confronted Ked Eidson 4 times and he neglected the situation. He is not professional and does not return telephone calls. I have turned the situation over to my attorney and I have filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau and the Ohio Attorney General's office. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I used Elite Moving and Storage and they give you a very low estimate for my move. I paid extra to have 3 men do the move and was given an estimate of $270.00. It ended up costing me $560.00 and they did not get everything loaded. They also damaged my hutch.I had to use a pickup truck to get the rest of my belongings. I called and emailed the company and complained but they would not return my calls or try to make any adjustments once they got my money. My sister is moving and called them today and they gave her an estimate of $275.00. Sound familiar.

The 3 men that showed up at my house where late. While pulling their truck into my driveway they got the truck stuck in my yard and they could not get it out on their own. The even went into my garage and used items in there to get the truck unstuck. They finally had to call a tow truck. After then getting started 2.5 hours late, the men had bad attitudes towards the company. I am trying to sell my old house and now there is damage to my yard where the truck got stuck. The complained about their work time and how they were treated. Come on, I don't want to listen to that. While loading the last load at my house I asked if certain boxes and pieces of furniture were on the truck and they said they were. Come to find out they lied. Boxes and other items were left at my old house and I didn't find out about it until the next day. A girlfriend of one of the men showed up too towards the end and they spent time talking to her. The men also charged me to plastic wrap that they didn't use to cover my sofas and other furniture. I have called severals time and talked to Casey. I have been told I would get a refund of the charge for the plastic wrap. My last call to them was almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund. I have called again today. I am very disappointed.

We had Elite Movers move us on March 28. The guys showed up late for the move, but stayed late to get the job done. They worked very hard to load the truck and seemed to do a good job packing the truck. When we arrived at the new house they unloaded everything in a timely manner. That is where the good news ends. In talking to guys I asked them about their experience and one guy was with the company six months and the second one for about a year. I was quite concerned when told this so I kept a careful watch on the guys. We did have some damage to a TV set and notified the office immediately. They said they would e mail a claim form right away and we would be reimbursed for the damaged set. The claim form never came. I called a week later and the same thing happened. I talked to Dan Sutter, one of the owners, and he said he would personally e mail the form. It never came. I called a few days later and talked to Casey in the office. She assured me she would mail a form that day and we should have it in a few days. It never came. I stopped by their office and talked to both Dan and Casey and they assured me the TV set would be taken care of, all I had to do was complete the form and mail it back to the office. There is no address on the form, there is no phone number on the form and there is no fax number on the form. After reading other reviews on here I too can quote the same situation, we were quoted $270 and paid $435. This company doesn't get my recommendation for future business and if I were you I'd think twice about using them, and then not use them after thinking twice!!!!

EXCELLANT... I have had really bad movers before and was very anxious about moving but these two men worked very hard and very professional. I had some very large and heavy items plus several antiques and they took special care of everything. I was very happy and impressed. I will definately use them in the future. Thanks

I have used movers 5 times in the past 10 years...I have never had such a bad experience! Not only did the gentlemen show up 1.5 hours late, but, at one point they disappeared for 45 minutes...and yes, I was charged for the time. I spend weeks organizing my move to make it an easy one. In 5 hours they were able to destroy my system, thus costing me another 3 hours of their labor. They did not put any of my items back together (beds, mirrors on dressers, cushions on couchs, etc.) They detroyed a dresser, my bed, my desk, the walls to my new house and they will not return my phone calls (4 in the past 3 days) to even send me a paper to fill out. They left 1/4 of my belongings at my old house and recommended that I "take the legs off the kitchen table and put it in someone's trunk". They did try to rectify the situation my offering me $5 off the second day...the lead mover on this day screamed at my husband, left our house screaming and actually drove down the road screaming and laying on the horn. Some of the items left the first day were actually left on the porch! This has been the worst experience of my life!

I was very pleased with the prompt and curtious crew. They handled all of my items with care. I use 2 men and a truck last time and had items stolen. Come to find out they sub-contracted the move. They had no clue who was coming in and out of my home. I will use this company again. Thanks!

The move went very smooth and the movers were great. They did a great job protecting my items and worked hard the entire time. I recommend Elite to anyone who may be moving.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! I interviewed 4 movers, Elite was not the cheapest but talked a good talk. I had to be out of my apartment in one day - they promised they would be there at 9:00 a.m. - showed up at 12:45 p.m. (\"uh...sorry...uh my bad...uh, had a late start...uh\") By then I had made 6 calls to their VM - does anyone really work there?!?!? Finally hired Two men and a truck -who were wonderful. ELITE STILL CHARGED MY CREDIT Card $100 FOR THEIR NONPERFORMANCE!!!

This company has been nothing but trouble. I confirmed that I was going to receive my belongings on one day, just for them to tell me they had it scheduled for another day. Then, they didn't even show up that day. I called them about 10 times, and had to leave mulitple messages. After finally speaking to someone and being assured that they were going to call me back, I heard nothing, and no one was in the office to answer my call. I still do not know where my belongings are or when I am going to receive them. I would NOT go with Elite Moving and Storage. They are extremely unbusiness like and do not have good customer service.

Do I ever wish I had read these reviews before booking these guys. Yep, they talk a great game. Filled out an inventory and got an estimate. Was told they'd arrive between 9 and 10am, they showed up at 12pm. They wanted me to sign a paper with 2 extra charges that I wasn't quoted. While backing into my landlord's yard they ran over a tree, and then damamged another intentionally that was in their way. It took them 3 hours to load up a 2 bedroom apartment, which I became the 3rd person and actually carried out more stuff into the truck than either of them did. They didn't bring tools to diassemble anything, which was a service they were supposed to provide. They brought a tiny dolly which was useless. It took them an hour and a half to get to the move site which was only 40 miles (all highway) away. Then another almost 3 hours to unload. No assembling, most of it 10 feet away into a garage. We signed the paper about condition received same as condition picked up, but after unwrapping stuff from cellophane, a lot of scratches and gouges to the really nice stuff. I have tried to contact them for a week now, with no response. (Thanks Casey, thanks co-owner Corey) We were willing to look over the damage to the furniture, and the time, just wanted the tree replaced. This move was actually my Mom's, and she is going to dispute the charges to Visa. She works for them so hopefully we get this resolved that way. Boo all the way!

Also, we paid over $200 more than the estimate. I know an estimate is just that, but the inventory list was accurate, and we helped as their 3rd man on both ends, come on...
