I would mark awful if I could. I don't believe my experience with A1 Pioneer could be any worse! Rather than write a novel, I will just enummerate the issues I have had:
1. Packed up the air freight boxes and sent in container.
2. Movers were more concerned with going home than getting the job done right.
3. Shipment sent over one week after the date promised.
4. A number of our belongings were poorly packed and therefore damaged in the process.
5. Box removal part of service and yet 45 days later, our garage is full of boxes.
6. Cannot get anyone in their office to do anything for us!!! Now that they have our money, they couldn't care less about us.
