  “Apparently with todays internet you can just accuse someone of a crime with no merit or repercussion, post it and sadly people may read it and actually believe the accusation. At Peer's Moving Co we believe in customer loyalty and take an accusation of theft very seriously. In this case our company contacted police immediately following Joe's accusation. When we contacted Joe he said he did not want to involve police, rather he just wanted a check for the value of the items he claimed to have lost. We believe in values and loyalty but cannot just blindly cut a check to any person who claims to be missing something that they packed, especially when they refuse to file any police report or provide any proof. We have been in business for 122 years, NOT because we steal, but because we provide a quality service.”

  “Stay away from this company. They stole my I-Pod, camera and video camera. When I called to speak to the manager, he brushed me off and told me to call the police. They were unwilling to work with me directly and they do not take responsibility for their employees. They have no values or customer loyalty.”

  “I had a horrible experience with them. They are dishonest with insurance and repairs. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and the owner is unwilling to cooperate with customers. I do not recommend them.”

  “Horrible. Not forthcoming with information about the units and the fact that it is a private facility. Disorganized and not accomodating at all. I would never use this company for moving or storage.”
