  “We called Dependable Moving to set up a request for movers for 2 days. They offered $25 per hour per mover with a minimum of 2 hours. They requested we use Hire A Helper to login and make the payment. After we paid, she explained that the system only said 1 days, Pamela explained it was an error and we will get them for 2 days. The first day they were late and the second day they didn't even showed up. We called Pamela and she said they were on their way but never showed up. We tried calling again and the phone began going directly to voicemail and the voicemail was full. We tried texting and emailing with no response. We called HireAHelper and they called Pamela and she lied saying that we were not happy with the rate and they offered an extra day for free (even when we have her text saying it was an error in the pricing). HireAhHelper didn't want to help us either disputing this charge to get our money back for the 2nd day they didn't show up. They are a scam and no one wants to take action and try to solve the issue with the customer. Will never use either of those companies.”
