  “I visited every storage facility in South Tyler and AAA Friendly Self Storage fit every critiria I was looking for. Their staff has changed at the beginning of the year and they work excellent around one another and they know what they're doing!! Electronic Gate with your own pin code, Security Cameras located all over the property, on-site manager, and I liked that their company requires and offers insurance that covers fire, tornados, burglary, and a few other things.”

  “I found Tiffany and the staff quite nice, however someone in their company added insurance charges without my approval/knowledge. I then proved I had insurance to get the charges taken off and a year later they added it again. I did not pay the insurance and they called me and claimed they did not have a copy. I later got a second call saying they needed me to update my insurance info. Well which was it then? I suspect there is someone quite dis-honest in their company. When I get a chance I will be moving my items.”

  “Employees at the Tyler location....Beth and Tiffany were both very rude and unprofessional. Insurance was added to our credit card without our authorization or knowledge. Tiffany even hung up on me when I called to complain....”
